 Have you returned your permission form for this Thursday's excursion?

In grade 1/2 we are wanting to find out more about what is above us and are ready to do some more finding out about what is in our skies and beyond. We will be going on a field trip to the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery – Inveresk in Launceston on Thursday 27^th of June.  Our visit to the museum will include going to the planetarium!

To make the most of the day, our bus will be departing Swansea Primary at 8:30am. Please be a bit early so we can leave on time.

Students are required to bring

• A packed lunch, recess and fruit/veg break.
• Full drink bottle.
• Full school uniform with

Schedule For the Day

• Students are to arrive at school before 8.30am as bus will depart once the Cranbrook students are dropped off.
• Those students that are in Swansea township will need to arrive at school before 8.30am also.
• Depart Swansea Primary School at 8.30am
• Arrive at Campbell Town- toilet stop and fruit/veg break.
• Arrive at QVMAG Inveresk in Launceston at approx. 10.45 for morning tea.
• 00-1:15 Explore Museum exhibitions including planetarium visit.
• 15-1.30 Lunch.
• Depart Planetarium at 1.30.
• Arrive back to Swansea at 3.30-3.45. Students that attend after school care at Lady Gowrie will be dropped off before the bus returns to Swansea Primary for all other children to be collected.
