Please ensure the school has the most current action plan, medication forms and most importantly in date medication.

If your child hasn't had a medical action plan in the past and this is a new plan for your child in 2024 please make contact with the school office.

Reminder no student can carry any prescription on non-prescription medication in their school bags.
