SUSTAINABLE LEARNING
Last week in sustainable learning we made zucchini slice and salad for lunch, here is the recipe if you would like to make it at home.
Zucchini Slice
1 onion finely chopped
2 zucchini (grated)
1 carrot (grated)
1 cup of grated cheese
1 cup of corn or any mix veg
2 or 3 finely chopped silverbeet leaves (optional)
4 eggs
1 cup diced ham/bacon
1/3 cup plain flour (may need little more if mix is too wet)
Mix all ingredients well and bake in a greased casserole/ baking dish.
