Dear Families,  

The Cross Country Carnival will be held on Thursday the 29th of May at Jubilee Beach. The carnival will commence at 9:15am and conclude at 12:30pm. Students are asked to please wear their full school sports uniform with their house top and suitable shoes for running.  

Students will also be required to bring with them: 

• Hat 

• Sunscreen 

• Warm clothes  

• Raincoat 

• Plenty of food and water 

Approximate time of events:  

8:55am-9:15am- Walk to Jubilee Beach 

9:15am – 9:25am- Whole School Warm Up 

9:25am- 9:45am- Year 6 Race 

9:45am-10:00am- Year 5 Race  

10:00am-10:15am- Year 4 Race  

10:15am-10:30am- Year 3 Race 

10:30am-10:45am- Recess 

10:45am-11:00am- Year 2 Race  

11:00am-11:15am- Year 1 Race  

11:15am-11:30am- Prep race  

11:30am- 11:45am- Kinder Race 

11.45am-12.00pm Launching into Learning Race 

12.00pm-12.15 pm- Presentation 

12:15- 12:30pm- Tidy up and walk back to school
