When life gives you apples, you make apple pie!

It has been a beautiful week of learning in our middle primary class.  We were gifted a box of apples by a lovely community member that were suitable for cooking, so we decided to turn them into apple pie!  We have been counting in 5’s, so we counted the apples and realised that we had 148!  We had a wonderful session in our new kitchen space, chopping our apples, cooking them and then  placing them into the pastry cases. We were thrilled to share our apple pies with all the students and staff from our school.  We are also very busily writing recounts on the process of creating our apple pies.  Thank you for the apples!
