Shaping the Future, THE NEW NORMAL

Last week I attended the TSAA Conference for 2022 at the Country Club Casino, the two day conference was jam packed with a great line up of guest speakers and sessions with the Department of Education and the Conference Sponsors.

The TSAA Conference has been running conferences for the last 23 years!

The title of the conference: Shaping the Future, THE NEW NORMAL was looking at ways to come together since COVID-19 and embracing the importance of networking with your collegues and having the opportunity to be face to face, rather than sitting infront of a screen and zooming in!

Coming together and brainstorming new systems that are about to land in schools with many of our systems being updated.

The collaborating between Tasmania School Business Managers and Australian School Business Managers is always really interesting to see how our systems work in either states.

The Leading Guest Speaker Clairemadden was fantastic to listen to on Generation Z, engaging the generation of post millennials.

Leaving the conference is always a real sense of renewed energy and optimism, new awareness, knowledge and long lasting memories and relationships which broadens professional growth and confidence.
