Friday Frenzy on the eve of the AFL Grand Final & Footy Colours Day
Footy Colours Day & SRC Fun, dress up in your team colours or any colour of the rainbow!
Last Friday on the eve of the AFL Grand Final Geelong v's Sydney Swans, Swansea Primary students had a wonderful surprise walking through the office area on Friday morning, the footy fairies had been over night with football colours, ballons, beanies and flags representing both teams and a Richmond Tigers display (Melissa is the Richmond supporter), However given that Mrs Hay is a one eyed Geelong Cats supporter and Wayne is also a huge Geelong Cats fan, Melissa decided to support the Sydney Swans to even the competition on the eve of the AFL Grand Final.
Alice and Josh busily had two team boxes this morning getting all students to vote who they thought would win the AFL Grand Final. The winner was drawn on Monday with Mrs Hay and Alice and Josh.
The winners were Will, Lucas and Peter.
Once we established a winner all students names went into a hat for the opportunity of a AFL spot prize!
The students had a wonderful day of practising for Moana whilst supporting their favourite footy team or just colourful like the rainbow!
